Suisui Build Guide 2026: Best Weapons, Echoes & Teams

This is the launch-week Suisui build guide for Wuthering Waves 3.5 Phase 2. Suisui — the older sister of Yangyang Xuanling, from a prestigious Mingting family — is a 5★ Glacio Rectifier Support/Healer debuting in the Phase 2 banner (July 31, 2026). She is the new universal sustain slot for the Effect system: her kit revolves around a high Energy Regen breakpoint (260%) that unlocks her full buffing potential, and her Outro Skill grants the team a sizable ATK buff that scales with her own Energy Regen.

If you play an Effect team (Yangyang Xuanling or Feixue), Suisui is the best-in-slot sustain. Even at 0+0 she unlocks all core buffs and healing — no constellations required.

TL;DR — Suisuni Quick Build
Weapon: Sipping Dew (signature) > Stellar Symphony > Variation (4★ F2P)
Echo set: Wishes of Dustfall 5-piece (3.5 new Glacio support set)
Target stats: 260% Energy Regen (hard breakpoint) > HP% > Healing Bonus
Teams: Yangyang Xuanling + Qianxiao + Suisui · Feixue + Rosella + Suisui

Why Suisui? Role & Strengths

Suisui fills the universal sustain + ATK buffer role in the Effect meta. Her kit has three defining features:

  • 260% Energy Regen breakpoint — For every 1% of Energy Regen Suisui has, the team gains +0.1% ATK, up to +25% team ATK at 260% ER. This is the single most important build target.
  • Effect-layering field — Her Liberation creates a field that adds 3 extra Effect stacks whenever teammates apply or deal Effect damage. This massively accelerates Effect-team ramp.
  • Low-investment ceiling — All core buffs and healing are unlocked at 0+0. Constellations add power but are not required to make her viable.

Her weaknesses: low personal damage (she's a pure support), and she only truly shines in Effect teams — outside of Effect comps, generic healers like Shorekeeper or Verina may offer similar or better utility.

Best Weapons for Suisui

Suisuni's weapon priority is driven by one thing: Energy Regen. The 260% breakpoint is non-negotiable — if you can't hit it, you lose up to 25% team ATK. Weapons that give ER in their sub-stat or passive are therefore valued far above raw-ATK weapons.

TierWeaponRarityNotes
SSipping Dew5★ Signature77% Energy Regen sub-stat. Passive: casting Liberation refunds Concerto energy and grants the team an ATK buff. With Sipping Dew, hitting 260% ER is trivial — a single 3-cost echo with ER main stat covers the gap. Best-in-slot.
SStellar Symphony5★ (Shorekeeper sig)Shorekeeper's signature weapon also has ER sub-stat and a team-buff passive. Nearly as good as Sipping Dew for Suisuni's purposes — slightly less ATK buff, but similar ER coverage.
AVariation4★ StandardBest F2P option at S5. 51.8% Energy Regen + 8 Concerto on swap. The ER sub-stat makes it easy to reach 260% with echo investment. Gaps from 5★ weapons are mainly in team-ATK buff magnitude, not ER.
BAbyssal Echo4★ ForgeableFree forgeable Rectifier with ER sub-stat. Solid transition weapon if you don't have Variation — fully F2P-friendly.
CResonance Caller4★ER sub-stat but weaker passive. Emergency fallback only.
Why ER matters more than ATK for Suisuni: her personal damage is negligible. Nearly all her team value comes from buffs that scale with her ER. A 4★ with 51.8% ER is better than a 5★ with 0% ER.

Best Echo Set for Suisui — Wishes of Dustfall (5-piece)

Suisuni's best-in-slot set is Wishes of Dustfall, the new Glacio support Sonata introduced in 3.5:

  • 2-piece bonus: +10% Energy Regen
  • 5-piece bonus: When the wearer triggers or contributes to Effect stacks, the team's main DPS gains a scaling ATK buff — perfectly aligned with Suisuni's role as an Effect-team sustain.

The 4-cost echo should be Thousandfold Crimson Tower (千傀重楼), which provides additional Effect-related utility. For the 3-cost slots, prioritize Energy Regen main stats until you hit the 260% breakpoint; once you're over 260%, you can swap one 3-cost to HP%.

Alternative set: If you don't have Wishes of Dustfall yet, Moonlit Clouds (the general buffer set) is a fine stopgap — its 5-piece grants the next character an ATK buff on swap. But the 5-piece Dustfall is the clear endgame target for Effect teams.

Main Stat Priority by Cost

Cost SlotMain StatNotes
4-costHealing Bonus or HP%Healing Bonus if you need more healing; HP% if your healing is already sufficient. Pick whichever has better sub-stats.
3-cost ×2Energy RegenBoth 3-cost slots should have ER if you're below 260% total. If using Sipping Dew or Stellar Symphony, one ER main stat is usually enough — swap the second to HP%.
1-cost ×2HP%Standard for sustain characters.

Sub-stat Priority

  1. Energy Regen — top priority until you hit 260%
  2. HP% — improves survivability and healing
  3. Flat HP — minor bonus
  4. Healing Bonus — only if already at 260% ER

ATK sub-stats are useless on Suisuni — her personal damage is negligible. Don't waste tuning resources on ATK rolls.

Skill Upgrade Priority

Suisuni's healing and buffing come from her Resonance Liberation and Resonance Skill — these are the top priority. Basic Attack can stay at level 6.

PrioritySkillReason
1Resonance LiberationMain source of healing and the Effect-layering field. Max first.
2Resonance SkillSecondary healing and buff application.
3Outro SkillTeam ATK buff — scales with ER, worth leveling.
4Resonance CircuitUtility passive; level when convenient.
5Basic AttackLeave at level 6. Suisuni should rarely be on-field auto-attacking.

Best Team Comps for Suisui

Suisuni is designed for Effect teams — comps that rely on stacking Effect stacks (Glacio Chafe, Void, Spectro, etc.) to trigger burst windows. She has two top-tier teams in 3.5:

1. Yangyang Xuanling + Qianxiao + Suisui (Yang-Qian-Sui)

RoleCharacterFunctionNotes
Main DPSYangyang XuanlingHavoc Effect DPS, heavy-hit burstRelies on Effect stacks for burst windows
Sub-DPSQianxiaoVoid applier, DEF shred, anti-resBackline stacks 6 Void layers, lowers enemy DEF
SustainSuisuiHealing, Effect layering, team ATK buff+25% team ATK at 260% ER

Rotation: Qianxiao backline → swap to Suisuni, cast Liberation (deploys Effect field) → swap to Yangyang Xuanling for heavy-hit burst. Suisuni's field adds 3 extra Effect stacks on every application, massively accelerating Yangyang's burst window.

Substitute: If you don't have Qianxiao, Mortefi or Yunno can fill the second slot as heavy-hit buffers.

2. Feixue + Rosella + Suisui (Fei-Luo-Sui)

RoleCharacterFunctionNotes
Main DPSFeixueGlacio Chafe burst DPSCashes in Glacio Chafe stacks for burst
Sub-DPSRosellaGlacio Chafe applier, on-field driverStacks Chafe while Suisuni sustains
SustainSuisuiHealing, Effect layering, team ATK buffAlso a Glacio unit — benefits from Glacio resonance

Rotation: Rosella on-field stacking Glacio Chafe → swap to Suisuni, cast Liberation + Skill (heals + Effect field) → swap to Feixue for burst. The cycle is roughly 25 seconds and can hit 100k+ DPS.

Other teams: Suisuni is a universal Effect-team sustain — she should slot into any future Effect comp that needs healing + ATK buffs. If you don't play Effect teams, Verina or Shorekeeper may be better general healers.

Constellation Guide

Suisuni's 0+0 is fully functional — all core buffs, healing, and the Effect field are unlocked at base. Constellations add power but are not required.

SequenceEffectPriority
S1Extends buff duration, grants Super Armor (interrupt resistance), and lifts ATK buff cap. Key constellation — biggest team DPS gain.Top priority
S2Grants teammates +50% Crit Damage. Massive DPS spike for the main carry.High
S3Shortens Suisuni's field time — faster rotation, more DPS uptime for the main carry.Medium
S4+50% personal healing. Useful for high-damage content but doesn't boost team DPS.Low
S5+100% Basic Attack / Heavy Attack damage. Negligible — Suisuni shouldn't be auto-attacking.Low
S6+500% Crit Damage on Outro and Resonance Skill. Niche, mainly for whale showcases.Low

Pull priority: S1 > S2 > S3 > signature weapon. If you're choosing between constellations and the weapon, S1-S3 are higher value than Sipping Dew. The weapon is a quality-of-life upgrade (easier ER breakpoint), not a power spike.

Suisuni Target Stats (Endgame Build)

StatTargetNotes
Energy Regen260%Hard breakpoint. Below this, you lose team ATK buff.
HP40,000+Ensures survivability and sufficient healing.
Healing BonusOptionalOnly if ER and HP are already capped.
ATKIrrelevantDon't build ATK — her personal damage is negligible.

Is Suisui Worth Pulling?

Yes, if you play an Effect team. Suisuni is the best sustain for both Yangyang Xuanling and Feixue comps, and she's the universal Effect-team healer going forward. At 0+0 she's already complete — no need for constellations or the signature weapon unless you're a whale.

Skip if: You don't play Effect teams and don't plan to. Verina and Shorekeeper remain perfectly fine general healers for non-Effect comps. Also consider skipping if you're saving for future characters (Qingxiao, Jingran, Xinyuehu, Suoming are all upcoming in late 3.5 / 3.6).

FAQ

Is Suisuni a must-pull?

If you play Yangyang Xuanling or Feixue teams, yes — she's their best-in-slot sustain. For general use, she's good but not required; Verina and Shorekeeper can still cover most teams.

Can Suisuni replace Shorekeeper?

Only in Effect teams. Shorekeeper remains the better general healer for non-Effect comps because her buffs don't depend on Effect stacks.

Does Suisuni need her signature weapon?

No. Variation S5 is a perfectly viable F2P option — you just need to invest more ER in echoes to hit the 260% breakpoint. Sipping Dew makes the build easier but doesn't unlock new functionality.

What is the 260% Energy Regen breakpoint?

Suisuni's passive grants the team +0.1% ATK for every 1% of her Energy Regen, up to +25% at 260% ER. Below 260%, you're leaving team ATK on the table. This is the single most important build target.
